The RV park was really nice with all the necessary amenities & just minutes from Disney...... but the checkin was rocky because there was no one available at 5 30 PM even though I was assured there would always be someone there when I made my reservation. Call the after-hours number & no answer. Thankfully, one of the residents provided guidance
Incredibly place, so welcoming and secure and friendly all at once. ||Everyone was so happy and kind and supportive, and I never felt scared or alone even once. ||It was a beautiful stay and I can't wait to go back to my little piece of Magic!
Convenient location for our stay in Florida. Park is well maintained by the maintenance staff. Sebastian was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I do wish that the pools were cleaner.. I was sun bathing and went to cool off and there was hair, dead bugs and just gunk floating, that’s pretty gross. so I went and showered off immediately. I tried the other pool and it wasn’t very clean either. I love to swim and felt I couldn’t. Other than that I can tell they are trying to keep up with the park. I would love to see more trees.
Super friendly staff, Clean throughout the entire campgrounds. We were allowed to use the kitchen at the clubhouse to cook our early Thanksgiving dinner for a party of 18. Just an all-around pleasant stay. Looking forward to coming back.
Honestly, we had no issues and were recommending Lake Magic until checkout. We found an issue with our slide and were troubleshooting when we were advised that we would be charged for late checkout. We explained the problem but there was no understanding. My husband successfully fixed the issue and we were able to leave within 2 hours of the checkout time. But we were still charged the fee. The explanation was that they need to be able to turn around a site for the next guest. But with entire rows of empty sites throughout the park, that doesn't ring true. We asked them to remove the fee and were then told that they would do so and also put a warning on our membership for the future that we would not follow the policies. We were warned by other members but wanted to form our own opinion. If you're a TT member, maybe consider a different park for your stay.
Site was easily accommodated to our big rig. This park was very affordable with easy access to the Disney Parks. Pool on 800 side of park was very nice and clean. Pool at middle of park had debris in it both times we checked.

It was great staying in the cottage. Just big enough for a vacation house. Having a washer and dryer in the cottage is a nice touch. There is also a dishwasher. My son and his family were staying in the RV Park and staying in the cottage made it very convenient to hangout with them.
